VOTING DEADLINE
To quote Ray (Paletta):
"From past experiece at the Friar Tuck we need to think about deciding pretty soon on at least booking one of these ideas."
Now that postcards have gone out to all alumni and people have had a chance to respond (or haven't responded as the case may be), we need a voting deadline. The obvious choice might be New Years Day, even though there are people who actually want to make plans sooner than that.
Any other thoughts out there on this?
EXPECTATIONS AFTER THE DEADLINE...
Once we pass this deadline (whether 1/1/2000 or sooner), I assume another postcard should go out announcing the reunion weekend date, schedule and price for the one big, paid event so people can RSVP and send in their deposits.
At that point, I will post the class' decision on the welcome page of our site. Also, as soon as I receive them, the RSVP page will be active so everyone can see who's actually coming.
VOLUNTEER
Is there someone in our class willing to book the big event and handle the money? (Chris Smith Thulin did this last time, but she has been too busy lately, and said she may not even be able to attend our reunion.)
FINAL THOUGHT
Everyone please reread the postings by Susan Mancusi and Jimmy Katzenstein regarding the big Saturday night event and please post your own two cents (or in some cases, your second opinion).
Hope to come back here to see responses,
Alan

PPS. And don't forget it's okay to delete all -- or part -- of a previous message

an original message.)
