Michael recently created the role of the Most Eligible Batchelor in a new musical by Ella Veres, with music by 6 time Emmy Award recipient Lanny Meyers. He also played Alex Dumas, the son, in Dumas and Son, a new play by Albert Bermel. NYC venues include NYC Opera, the John Houseman, and way too many off-off Broadway projects, including La Mama, 78th Street Theater Lab, New York Theater Workshop, the Redfield at Primary Stages, and the Neighborhood Playhouse, where he is a member of the Workshop at the Neighborhood Playhouse, participating as an actor, writer and director. In another life, he did regional, stock, three national tours, was the opening act for Lauren Bacall in NYC, and conceived a solo tribute to Fred Astaire that has been seen from NYC to Hollywood. Michael recently lent a portion of his art installation in development about 9/11 volunteerism, called Pieces of Paper, to a special exhibit at the New-York Historical Society. He is currently collaborating with Pulitzer Prize winning author Robert Olen Butler on a stage adaptation of his work. Contact: Fifi Oscard 212-674-1100
